What's normal

Bleeding

Light to period-like bleeding, on and off, for up to two weeks.

Cramping

Like strong period pain, easing over a few days.

Feelings

Relief, sadness or both — all are common. Your counsellor is there to talk.

We check in with you

  1. DAY 1

How are you feeling? Any warning signs?

  2. DAY 7

    Bleeding easing? Questions about contraception?

  3. DAY 14

Final check — and do you need a follow-up test?

Contraception at the same visit

You can get pregnant again within weeks. PDA has long experience in family planning and can offer methods on the day — just ask.
