Our mission is that every woman, wherever she lives and regardless of borders, can reach safe, legal care and make her own informed decision about her body and her life — privately, and without judgment or pressure.
How we write and review
Every guide is written in plain language by our content team and checked for accuracy against Thai law and recognised international health guidance before it is published. We review our core content on a regular schedule and update it whenever the law, the guidance, or our clinical partners' practice changes. Content is published under the responsibility of Abortionthai as an organisation, so accountability sits with our team as a whole rather than a single author.
Our sources
Our guidance reflects current Thai law on abortion and international health guidance such as the World Health Organization's abortion-care recommendations. Where a specific guide relies on a particular source, it says so. For anything specific to your own situation, a trained counsellor confirms the details with you.
